Hypnosis & Mind Awareness

Mind-Body Awareness is a daily practice of connecting with the parasympathetic nervous system; the system that relieves tensions in the body and allows mental clarity. The parasympathetic nervous system is the gateway to clear the mind and transition behaviors to achieve success. When one is put into a hypnotic state, the parasympathetic system is activated; in hypnosis terms, one is communicating with the sub-conscious. In this deep state of rest one’s senses are heightened and reflect on emotional wellness; unhealthy emotional patterns distract one from acting on their visions and goals. With the assistance of a coach; the emotional/mental blockages are identified, a plan of action is created to transition into a vision and emotional wellness that subconsciously motivates one to create the life they imagine.
